Infographics are fun, obviously informing and when done nicely, a joy to look at and the other day I ran into one about the Aroma of Coffee. How could I resist to share this one?!
Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or completely unfussy about the manner in which you get your caffeine fix, there’s no denying that the smell of freshly-brewed coffee in the morning is an invigorating one. The chemistry behind this aroma, though, is far from simple; a complex collection of chemical compounds are responsible, and this graphic takes a look at a selection of these.
Now if someone could just point me to an infographic explaining why coffee in the morning is so much better than later in the day or how the restaurant next door has such a bad coffee at any point in time, that would be nice.
