The other day Thomas was talking about Inoreader and since I have been running through a selection of different RSS-reader services, but not this one, I thought I’ll give it a try. After G-Reader I mostly used Feedly but was open for something new. After all, I’m on vacation and what else can one do then?!
It is now only a few days in, but so far I am rather optimistic that I might continue using it. The web-app is very fast and full of keyboard-shortcuts, almost every task can be done with a shortcut. Very nice. The app has loads of settings and can be customised to one’s liking. In fact, a lot of useful features are hidden in there such as filters and bundles. Also there is an IFTTT channel available for further automation.
This all sounds very nice, yet I will have to use it a bit longer to learn more about it, but so far I’m rather intrigued. Let’s see if it will stick. As a bonus I have now a good reason to use Quote, a new-ish RSS-reader for Android.
